The annual Hog Roast was held on
Sunday 17th June and was well-attended by 115 club members and
friends. Whilst the weather wasn’t quite as warm as forecast, everyone had a
very enjoyable day and it proved to be another successful fundraiser. Thanks go
to everyone who attended, and the sponsor’s Simon Wise Solicitors, TA & PJ
Stephenson and A Laverack & Son. Thanks also go to John & Jill
Williamson and Simon Dodd for their roasting and carving skills, Becky Beevers
for managing the raffle, and George, Janet and Michael Drewery and Tom & Chloe Eagling for helping ensure everyone was suitably fed and watered.
